This is an introductory offer to celebrate our first collaboration together.

Workshop Flow

Grounding Exercise - to help you sink into the space, and step away from the noise of everyday life

Reflections on Pause: through a series of introspective exercises, you will be invited to pause and reflect on your life, and experiment with different coaching tools

Artwork Creation: with expert guidance by Ros, you will create your very own PAUSE art piece. To bring home and serve as a reminder of adding some PAUSE into your every day

• November 6th, 10am - 12.30pm

• DEFRÉIN Studio Shankill

What is included?

• all materials provided - including exercises, activities and plenty of arts and crafts materials

• expert facilitation by Caoimhe, a Life Design Coach, and Ros, an Art Teacher

• €20 voucher to be spent on any other DEFRÉIN products on the day

• Max 10 participants

Refund Policy:

Unfortunately, no refunds are given. Please make sure that you, or the person you are gifting the workshop to, can attend this workshop.

If you cannot attend the workshop we can reschedule your workshop if you inform us up to 21 days prior to the workshop's start date. If you request to reschedule less than 21 days before the workshop starting date we will not be in a position to change the date. Places can be given to a friend if you can no longer attend - please inform us as soon as you can with the new attendee's contact details
