Life Design Workshop

Join us for an uplifting workshop where we will guide you through three steps to manifesting your new life: In the first step you GAIN CLARITY on what your joy-filled life looks like, then you create your BOLD VISION for this life, finally I guide you to plan how you will TAKE ACTION towards it.

A Vision Board is a tangible, visual representation of how you want your life to look.

Gain Clarity

It starts with explanations of the power of visualisation and your subconscious. Then you start to gain clarity as you complete exercises which will help you reflect on what is going well in life and what needs to be tweaked, or what needs A WHOLE NEW RENOVATION!

Create your Bold Vision

Then we talk about FEAR, and you learn how to overcome your limiting beliefs. I will guide you through another exercise to help you tap into your subconscious, you create a BOLD VISION of your life for the next 12 months. You will capture all of these intentions, goals and ambitions on your vision board.

Take Action

You finish with a sense of empowerment, and some practical exercises and tips on how to bring it all to life! Your Vision Board will give you daily motivation to stay on track, but you need to start aligning your behaviour to create a JOY FILLED life!

With so many self-care “must-dos,” it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by self-care, or sometimes we give up on it altogether.

In this special collaboration, Aifric and I will guide you through simple, nourishing practices you can fold into your daily routine. Think of them as little nuggets of support - helping you create joy in ways that feel personal, sustainable, and uniquely yours.

Grounding and Meditation

Step away from the noise of everyday life to gently reconnect with yourself and like-minded people.

Journalling and Clarity

Gain a deeper sense of self, through guided journalling and reflection exercises in nature.

Gentle Yoga and Creativity

Nourish your soul and body with gentle yoga, and your mind with mindful creative weaving practices.

We will begin with a grounding moment to help you arrive. Then we will discuss a meaningful prompt or theme.

Time to Journal

Your space to journal and flex your journaling muscle. Through this practice, you'll gain clarity, build self-awareness, and grow with intention.

An opportunity to share any insights you had with the rest of the group. This is totally optional. This is your space, to be still and reflect.

30 minutes, every Monday Evening, 8.15PM, ONLINE. Tuesday mornings at 6.40am coming in January.

Unfortunately, no refunds are given. Please make sure that you, or the person you are gifting the workshop to, can attend this workshop.

If you cannot attend the workshop we can reschedule your workshop if you inform us up to 21 days prior to the workshop's start date. If you request to reschedule less than 21 days before the workshop starting date we will not be in a position to change the date. Places can be given to a friend if you can no longer attend - please inform us as soon as you can with the new attendee's contact details
