A space to reflect on the past year, share insights and discuss learnings with the group (please note, as always, any sharing is OPTIONAL!)
Letter Writing:
Foster the connection with your future self and reinforce your intentions
Vision Board Creation:
Create your new vision for the year ahead. Reflect on goals you want to carry forward, as well as any you may want to release.
Action Plan:
Identify tangible steps for beginning this new chapter.

2.5 hours

If you cannot attend the workshop we can reschedule your workshop if you inform us up to 21 days prior to the workshop's start date. If you request to reschedule less than 21 days before the workshop starting date we will not be in a position to change the date. Places can be given to a friend if you can no longer attend - please inform us as soon as you can with the new attendee's contact details
